Purpose: This policy is established to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. CHILL upholds values of sobriety, sportsmanship, integrity, and community. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Scope: This applies to all participants, coaches, referees, volunteers, spectators, and board members during all CHILL activities. Prohibited Behavior: 1. Substance Use: No alcohol or drugs at events. No participation while under influence. 2. Verbal Abuse: No profane, racist, sexist, or threatening language. No bullying or harassment. 3. Physical Aggression: No fighting or physical threats. 4. Discrimination: No discriminatory remarks or actions. 5. Unsportsmanlike Conduct: No cheating, taunting, or disrespect to referees or staff. 6. Disruption: No interference with operations or failure to follow board direction. Reporting: Report concerns to a board member. Reports may be anonymous. All reports are investigated fairly. Disciplinary Actions: May include warnings, suspension, removal, banning, or legal referral. The board's decisions are final. Appeals: Written appeal may be submitted within 7 days. A decision will be issued within 14 days. Acknowledgment: By participating in CHILL EVENTS, individuals agree to this policy and its terms.
