By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in CHILL EVENTS. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. I recognize that participation in activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries from falls, collisions, overexertion, and environmental conditions. 2. I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. 3. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in C.HILL EVENTS. 4. I hereby waive, release, and discharge CHILL, its directors, volunteers, event staff, and affiliated entities from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from my participation. 5. I agree to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner and to uphold the values of CHILL, including sobriety, community, and mutual respect. 6. I understand that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
